Monday 2 – 4:00 pm Registration at North Bay Nordic Pick up race kit

March 6 Pre ski the 10 km course (2 – 5 km loops).

7 – 9:00 pm Registration at Pinewood Park Inn. Pick up race kit

Social at Pinewood. Come and meet old and new friends. Ask questions about the up and coming races. Register for Sunday’s race and enter the Friday Fun Relay.

Tuesday 10:00 am 10 km classic 30 second individual starts.

March 7 Complimentary Lunch. Soup/sandwich/dessert/beverage at Nordic

9:00 pm Awards presentation and Social at Pinewood Park Inn.

Wednesday Last Day to sign up for Sunday’s race

March 8 Rest day. Cross country ski at Nordic/Huntsville Arrowhead Park 150 km/Cobalt Temiskaming Ski Club 120 km/Windy Lake 120 km Onaping Falls Nordics Alpine ski or snow board at Jack Pine or Mattawa Enjoy a Dog Sledding at Chocpaws in South River.

9:00 pm Social and Pre-race information at Pinewood

Thursday 10:00 am 10km Skate, 30 second individual starts,

March 9 Complimentary Lunch. Chili/bun/dessert/beverage at Nordic

9:00 pm Awards presentation at Pinewood Park Inn.

Friday Pre ski 30 k course. (3 – 10 km loops)

March 10  Sign up for the 2km relay. Each team must have at least one female, and have one juvenile, one junior, one senior and one master. Masters can move down one age class and juvenile and juniors can move up one age class.

4:00 pm Free Technique Relay: 4x2 km

7:00 pm Social and Pre race Information at Pinewood

Saturday 9:00 am 30km Classic Technique, wave starts by age categories

March 11 11:00 am 30km Skate Technique, wave starts by age categories

11:30 am Ontario Championships Free Technique

Ontario Awards at Nordic

6:00 pm Awards and Farewell Banquet Pinewood Park Inn. Buffet $20.

Sunday 10:00 am Ontario Championships Classic 20km
